Política de reservas

Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it is no longer guaranteed and the room may be reassigned. We will charge your credit card for an amount equal to 30% of the total stay at the time of booking online.

A&E Casa Vacacional SL, has the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the deposit in advance. We will send you a cancellation confirmation by email immediately after cancelling your booking.

• You must be 18 years old and present to book a room.
• A valid photo ID is required at check-in.
• All requests to reserve a room must include the first and last name and identification of all adults who will occupy the room.
• Our room rates are always great and subject to change.
• All rooms are subject to a 21% VAT tax.
• When booking, please note the maximum occupancy rules: 5 persons maximum. Do you have babies? Pack-and-play options and cots are available on request, all subject to availability.

Arrival / departure / opening hours

Check-in (arrival) at 11:00

You can check-in any time after 11:00 local time. The keys to the flat will be handed over by the responsible person at the time agreed between the guest and A&E Casa Vacacional SL at the flat address.

Check-out formalities will be carried out at the same time.

The full balance of the flat rental is payable on arrival, at the time of check-in. Please note that check-in cannot be completed until full payment and pre-authorisation of the security deposit for the flat has been received and approved.

You will be provided with a key to the flat upon arrival and after the full amount of the rent has been settled.

During the check-in process, our staff will provide you with all the information you may need during your stay, such as the location of nearby shops, good places to eat, places you would like to see, places to visit at night and so on. Remember that you can ask us for anything that can make your stay even easier and more enjoyable. We are happy to help you.

Check-out at 12:00 noon

You can check-out at any time until 12:00 AM local time. You may request extended check-out times, although we may not always be able to accommodate last minute changes as we are dependent on availability.

At check-out time, leave the keys in the area agreed with the person in charge during check-in.

Please note that a more detailed inspection of the flat is usually carried out after check-out time and we reserve the right to charge for any damage found before the flat is re-occupied.

The security deposit should be released by your credit card issuing bank automatically within 3 working days, but sometimes this takes 15-21 days.

Please note that bed linen and towels should be placed where they were originally found. Bed linen and towels are NOT gifts and must remain in the property.

Cancellation policy

Please read our cancellation policy carefully, as it is unusual for us to make exceptions to it. Therefore, in order to avoid any misunderstanding, please pay attention to the following:

• If the guest cancels more than 15 days in advance, the full amount of the reservation will be refunded.
• If the guest cancels less than 15 days in advance, the 30% prepayment is non-refundable.
• In case the guest simply does not show up (and does not cancel in advance), the full price of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable.
• There is only one way for us to acknowledge receipt of the guest’s cancellation of the booking: the guest MUST send a cancellation request indicating the booking number by e-mail to the following address: reservas@casaplayadenia.com.
• All cancellations are confirmed by email immediately after the booking is cancelled.
